Big boy bed

This weekend we converted my crib into my new big boy bed!


I can climb into bed all by myself.


And get back down too.


I learned this song at school last week. The more we get together, the happier we'll be :)

Happy Belated Halloween!

Here I am in my Elmo costume!


My cousins came over to trick or treat with me.


I couldn't wait to get started.


With my partner in crime, cousin Justin the purple dinosaur!


Baby sister had a costume of her own if you can see the pumpkin.

A Fall Weekend

I dug in to my first pumpkin carving with a spoon.


Then I got a little adventurous, but the inside was yucky!


I helped Daddy make my pumpkin smile real big.


I loved raking the leaves with the big rake...


And my little rake.


I tried really hard to keep all the leaves out of my hair.

In the mood for singing

Tonight I decided I would sing while trying to eat my dinner.

First Mommy caught me singing my 'peek-a-boo' song.


Then I decided to sing my ABCs (really fast at the end :))


And Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star until I thought maybe Daddy was watching me.


Then the 'peek-a-boo' song again.


And lastly, I realized Mommy was holding the camera to me:

I'm going to be a Big Brother!

I'm so excited for my baby sister!
I already picked out a car just for "baby Sydney".

Apple picking!

I put on my farmer's clothes for a quick picture before apple picking.


Then Grandma and I were looking for the best apples.


I had to try a bunch of them out while we were picking.


Ooh, I see another one over there!

Would you like to try my apple?


At the end I led Daddy through the straw maze.


The next day we went to the church picnic.
I dug and dug in the sand to find the prizes.


After I got my prizes, I had fun hanging out with Grandma and my new necklace and sucker.


But my favorite part of all was the bounce house that was just my size!

I'm 2!

I turned two years old this past week, and I'm pretty sure a birthday is really a whole week long!


I had lots of fun helping make and decorate my cake with Grandma.

I carefully put the glasses on my new toy Mr. Potato Head.


I love when people sing me the happy birthday song!


Yummy, yummy, yummy.


A couple days later I had more birthday fun at my other Grandma's house.


I got a big truck!


And I got to have cake and ice cream again!
