Christmas Vacation

I celebrated my first family reunion Christmas with Daddy's family in Texas this year.

I waited patiently at the airport.


And got to ride on my first airplane!


I was excited to head down to the beach right away and practice sandcastle techniques with my cousins.



On Christmas eve, we took a trip to the aquarium.


I rolled up my sleeves and got to put my hands in the touching-fish-tank.



Daddy and I also made fishy faces with the fishies.


After an exciting night, I slept in on Christmas morning.


Then got to open stocking and presents from Santa and family.



I had a blast participating in my first Olypmics. Go Green team!


I helped with the sandcastle competition.


Daddy carried me during the egg race.


And afterwards, Grandma and I did the egg race on our own.




We had a great time! Merry Christmas everyone!

A Christmas Greeting

Some Things I've Been Up To Lately

Daddy and I have been playing with the choo choo train.


I have lots of fun being the train engineer.


I lost the use of my hand for a day after going to the hospital.


But I didn't lose my spirit and kept right on playing anyway.


I've been helping Mommy and Daddy decorate for Christmas.


I loved helping put the lights on the Christmas tree.


And I helped put up all the ornaments too.


Today I got my hair cut. This is what I think of the poor job they did.

Big boy bed

This weekend we converted my crib into my new big boy bed!


I can climb into bed all by myself.


And get back down too.


I learned this song at school last week. The more we get together, the happier we'll be :)

I couldn't wait to get started.

A Fall Weekend

I dug in to my first pumpkin carving with a spoon.


Then I got a little adventurous, but the inside was yucky!


I helped Daddy make my pumpkin smile real big.


I loved raking the leaves with the big rake...


And my little rake.


I tried really hard to keep all the leaves out of my hair.

In the mood for singing

Tonight I decided I would sing while trying to eat my dinner.

First Mommy caught me singing my 'peek-a-boo' song.


Then I decided to sing my ABCs (really fast at the end :))


And Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star until I thought maybe Daddy was watching me.


Then the 'peek-a-boo' song again.


And lastly, I realized Mommy was holding the camera to me:
