I walked on a sandy beach for the first time!
The water was a little cold, but that wouldn't stop me.
I played and splashed at the edge of the lake.
Daddy helped me build a sandcastle.
I gathered some sand myself to add to the castle.
After playing in the sand for awhile, I decided to do my crab crawl back into the water.
I found some more sand out there and wanted to share it.
Getting messy in the sand was really really fun.
I needed some food after all that playing, so we relaxed on the shore.
Daddy lent me his hat to keep the sun out, but it didn't work :)

I love your staycation! Looks like you're all having a lot of fun - how awesome that you have a beach nearby! Landon makes a great sandcastle. :) Can't wait to see you all soon!
